Gixon strongly discourages the cancellation of an event. If the Music Lover cancels the event more than 15 days before the event date, you (the Artist) won’t receive any payment for the event. Your availability for this time slot will automatically be updated to show that you are available for booking.
If the Music Lover cancels the event 15 days or less before the event date, you will still receive your Artist payment for the event as listed in the event contract. This is the amount you set for the event minus the 15% LiveM fee. Your availability for this date and time will be updated in your Availability, and you are welcome to accept a booking request from another Music Lover for this date.
