If you are unable to resolve the dispute, you may request assistance from the Gixon Support Team by choosing ‘Support’ / ‘Contact Us’ in the app or by writing to support. Be sure to include the booking ID, and any details you can provide.
If there is a dispute during the event, do your best to not let it interrupt your performance. Ask the Music Lover to speak during a break, or after the gig is complete. Remain calm and focused on a solution that will be acceptable to both of you.
Everyone in the Gixon community is human, and there may be times when people disagree with each other. Whenever this happens, remain respectful of the other parties.
