All incidents must be reported within the Gixon app by choosing ‘Support’ / ‘Contact Us’ in the app or by emailing support. Be as specific as possible. The incident report is not made public. It is used by Gixon support to determine if any violations occurred and to promote positive experiences for the Gixon community. Use the report to share the names of people, descriptions, and all relevant details.
